Sales force automation with an intuitive workflow can set your sales force free to do what they do best — sales. The tool of choice to map out the sales process workflow is Microsoft Visio. These Visio documents are usually the foundation and deliverables of the initial discovery phase.

CRM Instructor Experience

It is an honor for a CRM Consultant to teach at the University level. As a CIS instructor, I have taught three consecutive CRM classes at the beautiful Haworth College of Business at Western Michigan University. I taught CIS 5550 and MKT 4780, Customer Relationship Management using CRM Online.

The CRM training the students received prepared them for the difficult MB2-632 Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 Applications exam. Out of the three classes I taught, the pass rate on the exam was 100%.
