On May 8, 2008, I was laid off from a wonderful CRM Consulting job with RCM Technologies due to business dynamics following the acquisition of the company I started my CRM employment with.

Dynamics CRM 4.0 is a powerful tool. I am passionate about planning, deploying, workflows, training and everything about it. I developed a custom email software program that extends CRM allowing sophisticated and powerful bulk email campaigns including attachments and HTML emails.
