Ever receive emails where the message header is full of email addresses? This is an indication of Spam. Our Excel email software solves these issues. Every email sent has only ONE email address in the "To:" field! In other words, it looks and feels like a individually authored correspondence. If you enter the recipients first and last name, the email will start out as, for example, "Hello Bill Trout." This is a major benefit of this program.
Enter as many first names in column A, last names in column B and email addresses in column C as you need. Enter a subject, salutation, message, closing and signature in cells E2-E6. Open Microsoft Outlook and make an internet connection. Click Send All and watch it loop through cells. That's it!

2) Make sure the Microsoft Outlook Object Library is installed. In Excel, go to the Tools menu and choose Macro then Visual Basic Editor. When the Visual Basic Editor opens (don't be afraid) go to the Tools menu then References... Scroll through the list (see image below) until you find the "Microsoft Outlook 9.0 Object Library (may be named differently in Office XP). Click the box and then click OK. Close the Visual Basic Editor and finally save the Excel Workbook file.

Adding the Analysis ToolPak
Go to the Tools menu and choose Add-Ins... The following dialogue box (see right) should appear.
Make sure the Analysis ToolPak option is checked, then click OK. Close and reopen Excel.
The email VBA program will not function without macro's enabled. ALWAYS choose to "enable macro's" if asked. IMPORTANT: TO AVOID ANY PROBLEMS, DO NOT EXCEPT THIS SOFTWARE FROM ANY SOURCE BUT MoneyCops.com.
After downloading the file, simply double-click the file and a splash screen will be displayed. Click the "Browse" button and choose any place on your computer you wish. Then, click "Unzip" and close the splash screen.
